Utilark uses the browser’s language-aware word segmentation when supported. Older browsers fall back to groups separated by whitespace.
What does UTF-8 bytes mean?
It is the storage size of the text when encoded as UTF-8. Korean characters usually use more bytes than basic Latin letters.
Is the text saved?
No. The counter runs in your browser and does not send or save the text on Utilark servers.
